Shroomtella

Shroomtella psilocybin hazelnut spread — breakfast
of champions

Shroomtella is 250g of hazelnut chocolate spread infused with
5g of Psilocybe Cubensis. Spread on toast, dip strawberries,
eat it with a spoon at midnight. The format is familiar.
The experience is not.

5g across 250g means the dosing math is simple:
every 50g of spread contains approximately 1g of mushroom.
A generous spread on toast — around 20g — puts you at roughly
400mg. Enough to feel clearly. Not enough to lose the thread,
if you planned your morning accordingly.

The mushrooms

Psilocybe Cubensis only, multiple varieties available depending
on current harvest. The variety rotates — check the tooltip
next to each variant for batch-specific details before
selecting.

The spread

Hazelnut chocolate base, made in-house. The same standard
applied to every GWL product: no shortcuts, no compromise on
ingredients. It tastes exactly like it should — which is the
point, and also the risk. Don’t let the taste make you forget
what’s in there.

Dosage notes

Unlike capsules, Shroomtella doesn’t come pre-dosed. You control
the amount, which means you control the experience — and the
responsibility.

The label lists one tablespoon at 375mg. In practice, a
generously loaded tablespoon lands closer to 400mg — spoon size
and how you load it will always introduce some variability.
Two tablespoons puts you in the 750–800mg range, a light to
moderate dose for most people. Work from there, weigh when in
doubt, and allow 90 minutes before considering more.
